Steps to Get Started Your ABA Journey
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-based approach that uses learning principles to improve behavior. Most commonly used to support individuals with autism, ABA is the only evidence-based therapy widely recognized for effectively addressing behavioral challenges associated with ASD
Parent training sessions focus on measurable goals that help families manage challenging behaviors and support their child’s development. We emphasize whole-family growth and meet regularly—including quarterly check-ins—to review progress and address questions or concerns.
We believe your child deserves more than just “on-the-job” learning. Before ever entering your home, our staff receive in-depth, hands-on training in both ABA and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), including real-life scenario practice. Each team member must pass a play-based competency exam before being matched with a client—ensuring they feel confident, prepared, and ready to provide meaningful support from day one.
We know not every RBT will come with five years of experience or be enrolled in a master’s program—but that doesn’t mean your child should be anyone’s practice. That’s why we invest heavily in our staff’s growth through ongoing trainings, self-assessment, peer and BCBA feedback, and continuous mastery of PRT and play-based strategies.
